A great performance by the boys on a pitch with a heavy slope, scoring some nice goals and creating lots of chances against a tough and physical team, well done everyone!!!

Harrow League week 10- 04-12-2016

BPR U11A - 5 v 2 - TFA United 11A
HOME: Goals: 3 George H, Reece J, Ruben M

Once again this week only 9 players available, no GK and defender, the game was in balance until the last 20 minutes of the game, starting well going 2-0 up ad creating chances however we were punished on counter attack by 2 very nice TFA U goals in the first half. Second half we had to defend several situations in the first 10 minutes ,after that we started to play well again and scored twice ,one was a fantastic acrobatic goal , than we converted a "spot on” penalty. Well done boys!

Harrow League Week 9- 27-11-2016

BPR U11A - 1 v 3 - Ruislip Rangers 11A 
HOME: GOALS: George H. 

A good game against a physical and competitive team, we played well the first half and should have been ahead,but we missed our chances, a referee’s mistake (not calling a foul from the back  on one of our player near our area resulted in RR scoring the first goal) we recovered and equalised, we were also unfortunate with some clear situations called offsides which they were not.The second half was not one of our finest, RR’s players were more sharp and won almost every tackle, and that inevitable led us to make mistakes conceding 2 penalties which were avoidable. Hopefully the kids will learn from this match. Well done everyone.

Harrow League Week 8 - 20-11-2016

BPR U11A - 3 v 1 - St Joseph’s 11A  

AWAY: Goals: 2 George H,Ruben M. 

Another brilliant performance by the boys, on a cold day with difficult conditions to play football, some great moves and passes, credit to our opponent as well, they never give up and gave our kids a tough task, their referee/ linesman were excellent! Well done Tigers!!

Harrow League Week 7- 13-11-2016

Match:  Hanwell U11A- BPR Tigers U11A= 2-4

A great performance by the boys against one of the best team in our group, first half pretty even with a 1-1 scoreline, in the second half we played a lot better but went 2-1 down, one of our player was fouled, but the ref did not stop the match allowing the opposition to play for a period of time with one more player resulting in them scoring a goal. The boys were upset and lost concentration almost conceding another goal,but from than on they put up a magnificent display of football scoring 3 beautiful goals and taking control of the game! Bravi ragazzi !!

HOME:

 A good match from our boys against a solid physical team, scoring 2 great quality goals, one from a beautiful pass the other from a well converted Free-Kick, also creating a good number of chances, at times some nice defending as a team! Well done parents and kids!

Harrow League Week 5- 30-10-2016

Match :  London Athletic 11 A-  BPR Tigers 11A= 0-4

AWAY: Goals: George H x 2, Kai M, Dillon D. 

A very nice performance buy our kids against a good solid team, having a couple of kids back helped a lot, although we had to still put 2 very good players as GK, match played in a good spirit.

Harrow League Week 4- 23-10-2016

Match: BPR Tigers 11A- Ickenham Y 11A= 0-4


HOME: Today we could not compensate for having all the forwards not available, nonetheless the kids played well against a very physical team , unfortunately conceding 2 soft goals at the end of the first 30m, we had our chances but we did not put them away and Ickenham punished us with 2 great headers from excellent corners, overall the opposition was a more complete team today and deserve to win.

Match: Langley Hornets 11A - BPR Tigers 11A= 0-9

AWAY: Goals: 3 Kai M, 2 George H, 2 Jake W,Reece J, Ruben M. A superb performance by the entire team against one of the best teams around, solid in all departments with some great passing and movements, truly fantastic !

Friendlies BPR U11's Tigers - September 2016

A new era for the Tigers  in their football development ,9 a side game!

The new format presents  difficult challenges ,and it will take time to adjust and find the right kind of players to enhance the squad capabilities.

We have been looking for a good Goalkeeper ,but so far we have not found one,  if anyone reading this blog  knows one or have a son that would like to try, email or text the Head Coach :

Marlow Tournament 2016

**BPR NEWS** Congratulations to BPR U10A Tigers WINNERS of the Marlow 2016 CUP Tournament! A great display of passing football from these amazing group of kids, successfully defending the title they won last season, winning for the second year in row Marlow Tournament in style! No matter who is playing they always produce a good show ,lovely to watch! Well done to the boys and the parents for supporting them!!

Beaconsfield Tournament 2016

Great performance by the kids throughout the Tournament, playing great football, shame we did not score in the final,but deservedly won on penalties!

9th Costa di Sorrento Tournament (Italy) 2016

The boys played a very good match against a strong and physical opponent, creating chances with some lovely passing football manoeuvres, hitting also the crossbar at the end, overall a fair results on a still difficult pitch to play. Well done everyone !

 Today the boys had an average game, no one had a great game, pitch was small but in good condition, the passing was poor most of the match and second best on almost all the tackles, not having a GK does not help in these circumstances conceding 2 avoidable goals, let’s hope it is a one off!

 The Kids played a fantastic game of passing football against as strong and determined opposition , the pitch was quite heavy nonetheless the boys created a great number of chances and were unlucky not to score more due to a great opposite GK and in one occasion hitting the cross bar, great performance from the entire team! Well done kids and parents!

(3 George H,London B,Ruben M) On a great pitch in Langley, the kids played great passing football and displayed good vision, creating lots of clear chances than switched off for a bit, we have to work on that. Congratulation to LH for keep on fighting all the way. Well done everyone

Our first game of 2016, on a very heavy pitch our boys played a fantastic game, against an extremely physical and determine side, nonetheless the kids fought their corner, and in the end their ability came out, scoring 3 lovely Goals(one with a deflection), Let’s hope for a better pitch condition next time; Well done Tigers!
